Practice Anatomy Lab is a Windows application oriented toward medical students. There are instruments for studying virtual lab specimens. Additionally, users can learn scientific information about anatomy and physiology of different human body structures and how they function.

Educational materials

This software allows you to view and analyze medical images of various anatomical models. Detailed descriptions of integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems are available. There are instruments for studying various histology topics such as tissue types.

Users can review the structure of cats, fetal pigs and human cadavers to better understand mammal physiology. This functionality is helpful for learning basic body anatomy principles.

Please note that Practice Anatomy Lab is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. There are other medical educational utilities available for download like 3D Canine Anatomy.

Quizzes
