PowerRIP ScreenPrint is a program for Windows that gives you full access to everything you need to control film output for screen printing. What is more, you have the ability to manage the amount of ink and pick how many channels are used for black, from one to several, or all.

Simple controls

The software solution allows you to configure various Print settings. For example, you may choose default values for Resolution, Dot Shape, Screen Frequency and Color Angle. Please note that you can set hue to the same value, or pick a different one for each instance. It is also possible to toggle the printer to run in unidirectional or bidirectional mode. If you are producing offset films, you have the option to make negatives and mirror them.

Adjustment tables

In order to get the correct dot size percentage with a printer it is sometimes necessary to modify the halftones. With this idea in mind the developers have included special adjustment tables for all resolutions and rulings. All you need to do is select the preset that matches your screening frequency setup. You are also able to customize the tables to produce a slightly bigger or smaller highlight or shadow dot. Alternatively, you may try a similar utility called Wasatch SoftRIP.
