PotPlayer is a specialized Windows program that gives you the ability to play songs and videos without worrying about compatibility issues.
Setup and interface
The installation process guides you through a series of steps, which allow you to pick additional encoders and codecs. However, all components can also be configured through the preferences panel.
Once you launch the application, you will be greeted with a modern media player interface. It includes all necessary playback buttons, a volume slider, a playlist and a resizable preview section.
Additionally, you have the option of enabling a separate control panel. There you can adjust several frequency sliders or apply presets. The utility also comes with a standard set of visualizations similar to ones found in Winamp.
