Plex Server is a Windows program that allows you to upload content to a media center and stream movies, TV shows, music to other users.

Web interface

After a quick and uneventful setup procedure, the application creates an icon in the taskbar, thus allowing you to rapidly bring up the GUI and manage media content. As far as the design goes, Plex Server features a sleek and sophisticated interface, thanks to a dark theme and intuitively displayed buttons.

You are able to add new libraries by selecting its type between various categories like movies, TV shows, music and photos. It is also possible to include folders containing media files, as well as customize advanced settings related to the scanner and agent.

Library management

Plex Server enables you to sort items by various criteria and edit general information such as year, tagline, genre and collection. Similar to Ember Media Manager, you have the option to add posters, banners and backgrounds.
