Planner 5D is a Windows application that helps interior designers plan future projects. It is possible to seamlessly switch between 2D floor layout and immersive 3D renderings to visualize the space from every angle. Please note that the free version of Planner 5D has limited capabilities.

Design process

After starting the software users are able to specify the overall dimensions of each room and rearrange the walls to better fit project requirements. Similar to Artlantis, an extensive catalog of furniture, home appliances, decoration items and building materials is provided. Moreover, it is possible to modify the color, texture and size of existing objects to further personalize the design.

There is a library of room layout templates and visual styles. They can be used to quickly begin planning a new project.

Advanced functionality

Instruments for accurately measuring the dimensions of any object are included. Additionally, you can generate lifelike renderings with high quality textures, shadows and natural lighting effects. This is helpful for sharing resulting designs with other people via interactive 360° walkthroughs.
