PictureProject is a Windows utility for managing and editing pictures. With it you can quickly transfer image files from a Nikon digital camera to your computer.

Interface and basic actions

The program features a clean and intuitive graphical user interface. A single main window divided into three sections serves as the center of all operations. Buttons permanently placed at the top assure quick access to frequently used functions, such as Mail, Slideshow, Auto Enhance, etc.

Manage images

After launch, image files are automatically imported when a camera is connected to the computer. Additionally, each item has a thumbnail, which makes it easy to confirm that you have transferred the desired content. You can view all stored images, either from the last uploaded batch, or from individual collections.

It is possible to drag and drop photos to organize them into quickly accessible groups. Moreover, you have the option to locate any file by name, keyword, captured or modified date.

Editing tools

The application offers a wide range of easy-to-understand editing tools that help you to achieve the desired effect in a few clicks. It is worth noting that any and all changes made to pictures can be reset or configured without affecting the original image file.

Furthermore, the program gives you the ability to create slideshows, as well as choose from a variety of design templates.

If your camera supports RAW file format, you may also use such utility as Adobe Camera Raw.
