PhotoScissors is a Windows utility that helps you detect and erase backgrounds in imported images with a high degree of accuracy. There is support for advanced machine learning to distinguish important objects from undesired sections. Additionally, tools to manually fine tune the edges are available.

Editing capabilities

After starting the software users can add source pictures by clicking the corresponding button on the toolbar. People and other objects will be identified automatically, speeding up the operation.

Like in PhotoRoom, you are able to utilize provided drawing instruments to tweak the selection. This is helpful for manually deleting or restoring parts of the photo. The marker size can be adjusted to deal with intricate details.

There is an option to zoom in and out of the main workspace. Users can easily compare the original image with the results, identifying potential issues and inaccuracies.

Export

It is possible to process multiple files at the same time, quickly removing unwanted backgrounds. You are able to save modified pictures with transparent areas in several formats such as:

PNG;
TIFF;
BMP, etc.

Please note that file export is not available in the free trial version of PhotoScissors. Users may purchase a license key from the developer to unlock all functions.
