PhoneRescue is a Windows application that lets you try to recover mistakenly deleted or corrupted files from mobile devices with the iOS operating system. It is possible to restore data from iCloud or local backups as well.

Recovery instructions

After starting the program users can connect the device to the computer via USB cable. Compatible smartphones and tablets are detected automatically. Please note that iTunes is necessary for the correct functioning of some features.

The next step is to select the required data source. You can try to restore files directly from the connected device or choose a previously created backup instance.

Additional capabilities

There are tools for repairing bricked mobile operating systems and fixing various technical issues with Apple devices. Users are able to remove all types of the lock screen passcode, including Touch ID and Face ID.

Preferences

It is possible to customize the output formats for the call history, contacts, messages, calendar, reminders, notes, Safari bookmarks, WhatsApp archive and other elements. You can change the default export location in the Settings menu as well.
