Pelco Media Player is a Windows application for opening and managing video clips recorded by Sarix security cameras. Additionally, there are instruments for monitoring live broadcasts from multiple sources simultaneously.

Main purpose

This program allows you to play videos captured by security equipment. It is possible to pause, rewind or fast forward the clip. Tools for taking screenshots are included as well. Pelco Media Player is recommended for achieving a more smooth playback and reduced latency compared to QuickTime.

Web interface

There is an option to access live security feeds directly in the browser. Users are instructed to log into the account and choose the cameras for broadcasting. A text field for searching the device by name or ID is provided.

You can change the default view by clicking corresponding buttons at the top of the interface. The maximum number of simultaneous streams is 16. Real live information about the video server CPU load and current bandwidth usage is located at the bottom of the main page.

Instruments for searching through previously recorded videos are available. Users can sort the list by name, duration and creation date.
