PDFKeeper is a Windows solution for organizing and managing PDF files on the PC. There are powerful search and indexing capabilities. Additionally, you are able to encrypt confidential documents to prevent unauthorized access and modification.

Library creation

New PDFs can be imported by clicking the corresponding button on the main toolbar. The integrated optical character recognition module allows users to convert scanned pages to editable text. Furthermore, a checkbox for automatically deleting source files after adding them to the collection is provided.

Similar to pdfFiller, embedded metadata is customizable. You are able to change various tags such as:

Title;
Author;
Subject;
Keywords, etc.

Document handling
