PdfGrabber is a program for Windows intended for converting PDF documents to other formats, such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, HTML, XML and text. It features a simple and intuitive graphical user interface. You are able to add items to the list via the file browser or the drag-and-drop method. Batch processing is also supported.

Output formats

The application provides several options for each aforementioned format. For instance, you can choose tabulators, layout-based boxes, text recognition with OCR mode as in the case of Microsoft Word. The Images tab enables you to pick between raster or vector graphics, contained images or TIFF. The HTML menu also had an ePUB mode. In addition, you have the possibility to view PDF document properties, open an editor, set the output folder, and select the page range.

Export options

After you have pressed the Export button, you have the option to configure preferences for each format. For example, if you want to export to the Word standard, you need to select the appropriate extension and adjust text alignment.

Moreover, may toggle other options, such as convert images and tables, carriage return, embed fonts and more. When the conversion process is finished, you are able to set the program to open the items with the associated app, compress and email or open source directory.
