PBX Unified Maintenance Console is a Windows software that contains instruments for working with VoIP hardware. The program is compatible with multiple phone models made by Panasonic. You can connect devices to the computer via an Ethernet, USB or RS-232 cable.

First steps

The main window contains a schematic representation of the VoIP network topology. Users are able to modify internal parameters of the Master PBX device. Supported models include Panasonic TDE600, NCP500, TDA200 and TDA100D. It is possible to choose the correct connection type and enter authentication details.

Network configuration

After establishing the connection you can access detailed system information and modify individual parameters. There are tools for changing the default work week length and adding holidays to the schedule.

The application allows users to add custom extensions to the telephone number. This functionality is helpful for quickly navigating through complex automated call systems.

Please note that PBX Unified Maintenance Console does not contain tools for capturing phone conversations. You can download Easy Hi Q Recorder for this purpose.

Optional devices

Users are able to expand basic capabilities of the VoIP network with the help of additional devices. There is support for external Panasonic hardware like doorphones, pagers, relays and sensors.
