Nuance PowerPDF Advanced is a Windows application for working with PDF documents. There are instruments for customizing the background image, adding photos and creating a digital signature to securely transfer data over the network. You can import files from popular cloud storage services like OneDrive, Dropbox and Evernote.

Editing tools

The main toolbar contains buttons for personalizing the visual appearance of the text. Users can change the size, color and style of the letters. Additionally, it is easy to align text blocks to either side of the page. The line spacing is customizable as well.

You are able to change the page size and organize content in several columns. The spell checking module is included. There are instruments for quickly finding and replacing specific text strings.

Please note that Nuance PowerPDF Advanced is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. Installation files are not available.

Advanced processing

It is possible to flatten the file by merging all images and text blocks into the same layer. This functionality is helpful for reducing the output file size. Users can process multiple documents simultaneously.

Security

Tools for encrypting the PDF file with a personal password to prevent unauthorized access are provided. Moreover, you are able to sign documents with a unique digital signature as well.
