Ninja Forms is a Windows software that allows users to install a plugin for WordPress. It contains instruments for constructing custom web forms without any programming skills. Please note that Ninja Forms is a paid add on. There is no free trial version.

Project creation

You can build new forms by dragging and dropping individual text fields, checkboxes, toggles and buttons into the workspace. A collection of customizable page templates is provided.

There is a wide variety of default field types split into several categories for easier navigation. They include user information data like address, city, email, first and last name, country, phone number and ZIP code. Moreover, several HTML layout fields for grouping and dividing elements on the page are available.

Publishing

After finishing the project users can share it online by creating a new post. It is recommended to attach correct content tags for search engine optimization purposes. The next step is to enter the title of the post and insert all necessary forms, images and other components.

Finally, you are able to save the page as a draft, release it immediately or schedule the post for a future date.
