ModernRcon is a Windows program for remotely controlling Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 servers.
Setup
To use the application, it is necessary to have the latest version of Java. After launching the utility, you can connect to the server by entering its IP address and password. Once you have successfully connected it will be saved for future access in the corresponding window like in Multi Theft Auto.
Basic settings
The program provides detailed and convenient tools for server configuration. You can select maps from the standard catalog or use custom-made ones by typing in their names in the search box. Moreover, you have an option to configure their rotation.
Users are able to pick from the list of players that are currently on the server and kick, ban or message them. Additionally, it is possible to create a punkbuster file which will tell other servers if the player is a cheater.
Special functions
With the Rcon limiter feature you are able create limited-access profiles. It allows you to specify how much control you want to give to friends or clan mates. You can permit them to change basic settings like spawn delay, server password and play time as well as give them the ability to kick other players and restart maps.
