MiniTool MovieMaker is a Windows application for creating and editing video clips. It is possible to combine multiple media files into a single movie and apply various visual effects to enhance the image quality. Please note that the free trial version of MiniTool MovieMaker offers users limited functionality.

Editing tools

After starting the program you can import source photos, video recordings and audio tracks to create a new project. There are multiple premade templates split into categories like travel, love, family, friends and festival.

Like in Honestech Easy Video Editor, users are able to configure seamless transitions between separate scenes. A collection of beautiful effects and filters is included as well. Moreover, it is possible to insert title screens, text inscriptions, geometric shapes and emojis into the movie.

Atmospheric background music can be added to the video. There are multiple pre recorded tracks. Alternatively, an option to import MP3 files from the hard drive is provided.

Export

This utility allows users to save their movies in the MP4, AVI or WMV format. The output resolution and bitrate can be adjusted to optimize the final filesize.
