MiniBin is a Windows application that adds a small Recycle Bin icon to the system tray, saving space on the display and enabling instant access to the list of deleted files. Moreover, it is possible to configure pop up notifications about certain events, keeping users informed without interrupting their workflow.

How it works

You can hover over the tray icon with a cursor to view the overall size of erased packages. Additionally, there is an option to quickly open the corresponding location and manually remove specific items.

Similar to FCleaner, the utility lets users wipe the contents of the Recycle Bin with a mouse click. This functionality is especially advantageous when working on a cluttered desktop.

Configuration

Tools for changing the action performed after a double click are provided, allowing you either open or empty the bin. Furthermore, it is easy to switch between different icon styles according to personal preferences.

There are advanced system integration parameters. Users are able to toggle the sound effect played upon clearing up deleted items. The progress window can be hidden from plain view as well.
