Millennium Dawn is a Windows program for integrating a modpack into Hearts of Iron 4. The story takes place in the year 2000 and carries forward to the modern day.

Installation process

You can set up this add-on manually by unpacking the downloaded archive and running the executable file. Alternatively, it is possible to integrate Millennium Dawn through Steam Workshop. The modpack is regularly updated and compatible with the latest version of Hearts of Iron 4.

New content

There are new province types, resource sites, industry regions and population centers. All countries have real borders, unique portraits and correct statistics. Moreover, new military leaders are assigned to every state.

A complex economical system with steep development curves, debt, corruption and budget management options is implemented. The included tech tree contains technologies invented from 1965 to 2035.

New equipment and units are made from scratch to make combat a completely different experience. Custom scenarios for Afghanistan, China, Russia, United States and other countries are available. There are modern 3D models and sound effects as well.
