Microsoft Publisher
Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing program for Windows designed to help users create layouts for printed materials. They are commonly created for marketing and information purposes. Please note, the software may be integrated with other products from Microsoft.
Templates
After launching the application, you can create a new project from scratch or choose one of the pre-made templates. You have the ability to design layouts for the following products:
- calendars;
- information and advertising booklets;
- forms, bulletins and business cards;
- certificates of honor and diplomas;
- catalogs and invitations;
- advertisements and information tables.
What is more, it is possible to create your own design style or choose one of the color schemes presented in the library.
Design
For ease of navigation, a list of pages is displayed on the left side of the main window. Using the toolbar, you can add text boxes, pictures, graphs, charts, shapes and formulas. Similar to Affinity Publisher, here you are able to choose the font, as well as the size of the letters and margins.
Prior to saving your projects, you may use the Design Checker tool to detect potential issues. Moreover, you can preview its HTML form, as well as send the publication to a commercial printer.
