Microsoft Mesh is a Windows utility that provides a gateway to immersive collaboration experiences in mixed reality. It is possible to interact with friends and colleagues in a customizable virtual environment. Please note that a compatible VR headset such as Meta Quest 2, Quest 3 or Quest Pro is necessary for working with the software.

Virtual workspaces

Users can join existing rooms or create new environments for teams of people to collaborate on projects, hold meetings and brainstorm ideas. Detailed 3D avatars are intended to accurately represent personal facial expressions and movements of each participant.

Similar to WorkAria Desktop, there is full support for spatial audio. You are able to detect the source of incoming sound, enabling a more immersive experience. Additionally, it is possible to interact with the virtual space using natural hand gestures.

Please note that the app requires a Microsoft business account for accessing the main interface.
