mexssimap is a massive modification for the American Truck Simulator that expands the territory of Viva Mexico and Mexico Extremo DLC maps. What is more, it does it by adding a whole new state called San Luis Potosi, along with improved terrain and roads.

Brief review

The main goal of this project is to widen the game map by providing additional locations South of the Mexican border. This means you have the possibility to transport cargo through scenic countryside, river crossings and picturesque waterfalls.

The package offers a considerable amount of real cities, including San Luis Potosi, Moctezuma, Charcas, Ahualulco, Salinas de Hidalgo, Matehuala, and more. In order to install the mod, you need to have the game installed on your computer. It is possible to purchase the title and downloadable content from various online stores like Steam or Amazon.

Improvements

Since the modification is still in development, there have been cosmetic and functional changes to the core experience. For instance, there are now less invisible walls and flying objects around the map. The textures and scenery have also seen some improvement, with roads being lengthened and widened, while natural growth like grass placed in more locations.
