Lotus Organizer is a Windows tool that allows users to organize various tasks, take notes and configure custom reminders. Additionally, it is possible to store names, phone numbers and other personal information in the embedded address book.

Calendar

You can view the list of upcoming events on the main screen. A small monthly calendar in the top left corner is intended for quickly navigating to any required date. Additionally, there is an option to switch between various visual formats of the day planner.

Right clicking on the page brings up the context menu for creating new appointments. Users are able to specify the time and date for the event as well as add a text description.

The application can be integrated with IBM Lotus Symphony and other Lotus products to streamline the workflow and exchange data between different programs.

To do lists and journals

It is possible to generate lists of tasks, set due dates and prioritize certain jobs over others. You are able to mark individual tasks as completed or failed to monitor the overall project progress.

Users can document their daily experiences, personal reflections and goals in the integrated diary. This is helpful for saving precious memories and thoughts to be reviewed at a later time.
