Licking Dog Screensaver is a program for Windows that enables you to change the appearance of your desktop by installing a screensaver that will become active once your personal computer goes idle.

The visual component consists of a looping video of a small pug that licks a glass pane, giving the impression that it is, in fact, licking your monitor screen from the inside. The software provides a low-resolution image quality complemented by dog sounds.

Installation and additional configuration

Please note, it is necessary to download and install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player. If you want to simply playback FLV and SWF files, you may use such tools as Standalone Flash Player.

The application itself is very easy to use and it features a simple settings menu where you can disable the sounds if you do not like them. In order to access the latter function, you need to type in the Change screensaver in the taskbar search and check the corresponding option.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select another breed. However, people who are interested in the study of canine anatomy, can use a special utility called 3D Canine Anatomy.
