LabTracer is a Windows software for managing SourceMeter multimeters. Measurement results can be exported to a standard Excel spreadsheet for logging, calculating and analyzing incoming data points. It is important to mention that LabTracer is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Test system setup

The first step is to select the most appropriate instruments from the available options. All supported hardware can source or sink the voltage during the measurement process. However, each multimeter model is designed to accommodate different electrical current ranges.

Users can connect and operate up to 4 devices at the same time. This functionality is helpful for working with multi-terminal hardware such as FETs.

There is a large collection of standard voltage tests. Both linear and logarithmic sweep modes are supported. Moreover, you are able to manually set custom bias values.
