KX TE Maintenance Console is a Windows utility for programming VoIP systems. There is support for several telephone models manufactured by Panasonic. You can manage extensions and change other system settings. A window for previewing all changes before saving them is available.

Main capabilities

This application contains instruments for programming large VoIP networks with multiple branches. Users are able to add, edit and delete individual phone numbers. Instruments for configuring custom timers, automatic redial settings and other internal parameters are provided. The extension ring tone pattern is adjustable as well.

Similar to PBX Unified Maintenance Console, you can program certain phone buttons to execute specific functions. It is possible to generate multiple extension groups and sort accounts to corresponding categories for easier navigation.

Flexible call charging options are included. Users are able to set prices and calculate potential profits.

Troubleshooting

There are tools for monitoring system performance and diagnosing technical issues. You can view detailed call logs and statistics to identify various problems with PBX hardware.
