Karizma Designer is a Windows software for designing photo albums. It is possible to import images in all common file formats and resize, rotate or crop them. Moreover, users are able to adjust the brightness, contrast and color saturation. Like in Dg Foto Gold, a collection of borders, frames and other album elements is included.

Design process

After starting the utility you are prompted to register an account for accessing main functionality. There are tools for creating a blank project or selecting one of the provided visual themes. The next step is to specify album dimensions and the amount of pages. It is possible to include front and back covers in the layout. The album spine width is customizable as well.

Users can import photos from the hard drive. There is support for JPG, GIF, PNG and TIFF images. It is easy to place pictures into the album by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. Flexible alignment options are provided.

There is a collection of clipart images that can be inserted into the layout. They are grouped into multiple categories such as stripes, wedding captions, cakes, etc.

Export parameters

Finished projects can be previewed before saving. The resulting resolution is adjustable. You are able to export the album as a series of JPG pictures or as a PDF document.

Please note that Karizma Designer is a paid program. The free trial version leaves watermarks on the final images and will stop working 30 days after installation.
