Jotform is a Windows web platform that allows you to create custom forms for gathering information from customers, conducting social surveys and performing a wide variety of other tasks. There is a large collection of more than 10000 templates. Please note that the free version of Jotform has limited capabilities.

Form creation

After registering on the official website users can choose one of the available templates or begin a new project from scratch. Moreover, it is possible to import and modify existing forms from a web page or PDF document.

There are premade layouts for various types of forms such as product order, customer registration, feedback, information request, hotel booking, etc. You are able to sort the database by industry, profession or layout type.

Like in Ninja Forms, tools for inserting text input fields, checkboxes, buttons, drop down menus and other elements into the form are provided. Users can add file attachment modules as well.

Additional functionality

You are able to integrate Jotform with popular apps and services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Mailchimp, PayPal and Stripe. There are instruments for adding calendars, sliders, maps and QR codes to the form via third party widgets.
