Jodix Free WMA to MP3 Converter is a Windows software for transforming media files to the MP3 format. Resulting songs can be played on any hardware player.

First steps

After starting the program users are prompted to import source files by clicking the corresponding button or dragging and dropping items into the main window. The Settings window will open automatically. It contains a button for customizing the target directory. Input file details such as the duration, sample rate and speaker configuration are available as well.

The next step is to adjust the output quality by selecting the required value from the drop-down menu. Similar to dBpoweramp Music Converter, there is a checkbox for enabling the variable bitrate mode. Available channel settings include stereo, mono and joint stereo.

Tag Editor

It is possible to customize ID3 tags for the resulting song. Text fields for the title, album, artist, genre, year and personal comment are included. Original tags are inserted into output files automatically.

Finally, you can click the Start button to begin the conversion process. Upon completing the operation a confirmation window will pop up. It lets you quickly open the target directory to access the resulting files.
