IsoPuzzle is a Windows utility that allows you to restore corrupted files from optical discs by creating ISO image files. Please note that this software is not compatible with the Audio CD, VCD and SVCD formats.

Data recovery

After starting the program users can select the correct optical drive from the drop-down menu at the top of the window. There are buttons for automatically loading or ejecting the disc. Moreover, it is possible to import an IMP file. The target directory is customizable as well.

You are instructed to click the Start button to begin the restoration. The Progress section shows the amount of scanned sectors, reading speed, error counter and other information. Similar to FinalData Enterprise, there is a window with a detailed operation log that is helpful for troubleshooting potential technical issues.

Advanced settings

Checkboxes for ejecting the disc and switching off the computer upon completing the recovery are included. Users can configure the app behavior when encountering a permanent error. Available options include trying to restore the file for 1 minute, 10 minutes, 1 hour, 10 hours or never giving up.
