Immersive College of Winterhold is a Windows application for integrating a mod into The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. It replaces original buildings and NPCs in the College of Winterland zone. Moreover, the plugin adds advanced lighting to all suitable rooms to improve the overall performance and eliminate flickering.

How to setup

The package contains an automatic installer that can be run at any point during the College questline. It is strongly recommended to backup personal save data before modifying the game.

You are instructed to remove all items from the original College location and empty all mannequins to avoid compatibility issues. The last step is to select the naked character in the console and type the “resetinventory” command.

Please note that this extension can be installed alongside other popular mods like Wyrmstooth and Unbelievable Grass Two.

Updated content

Users can visit new versions of The Arcanaeum, College Sanctuary, The Midden, Lustratorium and Subterrarium. Additionally, there are new NPCs with fresh quests and rewards. Unique monsters that scale better with the player are available as well.
