iLivid is a Windows utility for grabbing video from websites. It is possible to save clips in the AVI, MP4, M4V, MKV and WMV file formats. You can add multiple links to form a queue.

Download process

The first step is to copy the URL from the web browser address bar. After that users can paste the link in the program for processing it. The video will be downloaded automatically to the default location. It is possible to customize the target destination as well as adjust various quality parameters such as the image size and bitrate. Moreover, users are able to change the resulting file format.

Supported services

This software is compatible with all major media platforms such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Vimeo and many other websites. Additionally, you can manage downloads from file hosting portals like Mega, RapidShare and Hotfile.

Player

There is a module for watching video clips. It is based on VLC Media Player. Users can adjust the volume and scroll through the timeline. Instruments for tuning the brightness, contrast and color saturation are provided as well.

It is important to mention that iLivid is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The main functionality is not working.
