Overview

With this lightweight cursor and icon creator, you can draw images from scratch using common editing instruments or import an image to turn it into an icon or cursor. This software comes with a gradient color editor, detailed palettes and the ability to save multiple icon images in the same ICO file.

What is more, you can extract icons from EXE and DLL files, import objects from pictures or clipboard and assign icons to folders. You are also able to add text, move, rotate and flip icons, as well as scale images between grid zones.

updates via web. Please note, since the developers stopped supporting this project, these collections of ready-made images are no longer available on the official website. However, it is possible to find custom icons created by other users on the Internet.
