HYSYS is a scientific Windows software for modeling and simulating chemical processes. There are tools for performing various core calculations of chemical engineering such as mass balance, thermodynamics and energy balance.

The program provides a wide range of thermodynamics packages and compounds for different purposes. Moreover, it supports specialized processes like amine, HF and hydrogen correction. You can embed various filters into the project to get more accurate results as well. There are several types of optimization parameters, sensitivity analysis graphs, thermophysical data and curves.

Please note that HYSYS is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Process simulator

Like in SuperPro Designer, users can calculate the results of any chemical reaction with different cases. Additionally, this app contains information about standard operations for refineries and crude assay. Available petroleum characteristics are more relevant than in other simulators.
