Hyena is a Windows utility for managing various Active Directory components. Users can create shared folders with custom access attributes. There are instruments for viewing security events and active processes This functionality is helpful for preventing unauthorized operations.

AD management

The application offers you instruments for organizing Active Directories in the local network. It is easy to configure custom access permissions.

Users can add new domains from the Functions panel. There is an Active Task button for creating new automation scripts. Available actions include modifying AD objects, removing members from any group and other common tasks.

Please note that the free trial version of Hyena will expire 30 days after installation. You can download another program with similar capabilities called ADManager Plus.

Workstation parameters

All connected network clients are displayed in the main window. Users are able to view the list of storage devices, local accounts, printers and shared folders for every machine.

Flexible password policy settings are provided. You can adjust the minimum keyphrase length. There is a checkbox for forcibly disconnecting the account after a predefined amount of time. These options are intended for enhancing overall network security.
