HP Photosmart Premier is a Windows program that lets you modify digital images. There is support for many popular file formats like JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, etc. A library of templates for creating CD labels, photo albums and flyers is provided.

Image adjustments

After importing pictures into the application users can apply various filters to enhance image quality. There are instruments for reducing camera lens noise, removing red eyes and saturating the colors.

Please note that HP Photosmart Premier is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. It cannot be installed in Windows Vista or newer.

Templates

This software allows you to design greeting cards, booklets, posters and many other types of printing projects. The included collection of premade layouts can be used as a starting point. It is possible to adjust the page size, background color and other image attributes.

Slideshows

Like in Ulead Photo Express, there are instruments for combining multiple photos into a beautiful animated slideshow. Users are able to add a soundtrack and configure visual effects for seamless frame transitions.
