HiP2P Client is a Windows utility for managing multiple security cameras. You can view up to 16 streams in one window. There are history logs with detailed event records. Devices with the support of the PTZ technology can be operated remotely.

Camera configuration

This software is compatible with a wide variety of surveillance hardware from all major manufacturers. Active network cameras are automatically detected and added to the workspace. There are sliders for manually adjusting the brightness, color saturation and contrast parameters. Checkboxes for flipping and mirroring the picture are included as well.

Users can change the workspace layout to include up to 16 video streams. Buttons for beginning the recording and taking a snapshot are located at the bottom of the interface.

Advanced capabilities

There are instruments for scheduling video capture sessions. You are able to specify the target folder for the resulting files and set different recording time frames for every day of the week. The output format options include H.264 and AVI.

Similar to SmartPSS, motion detection alarms are available. A checkbox for toggling sound alerts is provided. Users can configure event logging parameters as well.
