HDR Shop is a Windows software for editing high dynamic range photos. It allows users to perform various mathematical and filtering operations to improve the output image quality. Flexible scripting tools for automating common tasks are provided as well.

About HDR format

High dynamic range images store additional brightness information for every pixel. This is required for displaying extremely vivid colors on compatible monitors and TV screens. There are multiple versions of the format such as Radiance HDR, 16 bit or floating point TIFF, Portable Float Maps and raw binary files. This program supports all popular variations.

Please note that the free trial version of HDR Shop will expire 14 days after registration. There are other solutions for HDR image management like Dynamic Photo HDR.

Editing process

After starting the application you can import photos from the hard drive or an external storage device. It is possible to adjust the resulting contrast and brightness as well as enhance the color saturation.

Instruments for performing various image manipulations with high degree of accuracy are included. The amount of red, blue and green light is stored by HDR Shop as floating point numbers. This ensures precision and color consistency across the whole spectrum.
