Haploview is a Java-based program for Windows that gives you the ability to perform molecular genetic testing in order to identify DNA segments that share similarities. It has been developed to improve the tasks relating to haplotype analysis.

Supported formats and functions

The software solution comes equipped with a simple and intuitive graphical user interface. It consists of a single panel that accepts the importing of up to file file formats. These are standard linkage, data dumps from HapMap Project, PHASE or PLINK. It is also possible to load multiple items by applying the -batch command line.

In-depth configuration
