Groove Music is a Windows software for playing songs. You can open multiple formats of audio files and build personal playlists. This Microsoft utility is the default audio player in modern Windows versions. A fullscreen mode is available.

Music search

After starting the program users can view the list of all audio files located on the hard drive. It is possible to manually specify directories with the required content. All songs are automatically grouped by artist and album. Users are able to sort the list by title, genre, creation date and other attributes.

Similar to AIMP, this utility contains tools for creating custom playlists. You can add multiple tracks and rearrange them. There is an option to add a cover image as well.

Player capabilities

Detailed information about the artist and song is displayed at the bottom of the main interface during the playback. Standard controls for pausing and stopping the music are included. Additionally, users are able to adjust the volume. There are buttons for looping and shuffling the playlist.

A multiband equalizer with several presets is provided. It allows you to separately tune low, mid and high frequencies.
