gloCOM is a Windows platform for facilitating collaboration within a company. Users are able to exchange instant messages and share files over the network. There are tools for hosting video conferences with multiple participants. Please note that gloCOM requires a paid license for accessing main features.

Communications

The program allows you to make high quality audio calls to colleagues and clients anywhere in the world. There is support for advanced VoIP technologies, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted communication even in poor network conditions.

Similar to BT Cloud Work, users can organize new video conferences or join existing meetings. Instruments for sharing the contents of the screen with other people are provided. Moreover, it is possible to annotate text documents in real time and record meetings for future reference.

Instant messaging

There are tools for creating group chats and inviting specific colleagues to join. You are able to send and receive private messages as well. Additionally, an option to share images, text documents, video clips and other files is included.

The current status of each account is displayed in the contact list. Users can view whether or not their colleagues are online at the moment. This is helpful for scheduling calls and meetings.
