Fronius Solar configurator is a Windows utility for creating and editing personalized solar power systems. Users are able to select one of the supported battery options to estimate potential storage capacity. Please note that Fronius Solar configurator is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.

Design process

Like in TSOL Pro, you can combine multiple solar modules together. It is possible to configure PV systems of any size and complexity, from simple residential roof installations to commercial power generation facilities.

Tools for creating systems with battery storage are included. Users are able to save excess energy during the day and use it at night.

You can personalize information about the location such as the country, city, type of installation, deviation from ideal orientation and downtilt. There is a large collection of inverter models to support any solar configuration.

Analysis

The software allows users to view detailed activity reports. This functionality is helpful for analyzing estimated costs and savings associated with the system. Moreover, there is an option to generate personalized power yield forecasts.
