Flowframes is a Windows software for enhancing the quality of video files. It is possible to automatically analyze the clip and insert missing frames. Resulting movies are smoother than the original videos.

System requirements

A graphics card with Vulkan support is necessary for the correct functioning of all features. The application is compatible with both Intel and AMD processors. Please note that high resolution video clips require more RAM.

Users can work with files in the MP4, GIF, WEBM, MKV, MOV and BIK formats. Moreover, there is an option to import multiple static frames and combine them together into a video clip.

Processing

Similar to Descript, this utility is based on modern artificial intelligence. The computer model automatically draws missing frames and inserts them into the timeline to improve the output quality. Additionally, there is support for speed compensation while working with 2D animation.

Tools for exporting the resulting clip to several common formats are included. Moreover, you can select the target codec. The program contains instruments for extracting the audio track from the video and saving it separately. It is easy to export subtitles to a text file as well.
