FileCenter is a Windows program for working with PDF documents on the desktop. There is an option to convert scanned pages to editable form through optical character recognition. Additionally, instruments to automatically organize the library based on various criteria are available. Please note that the trial version of FileCenter will expire 15 days after activation.

Efficient document handling

You can browse the contents of source directories in the main workspace, sorting and filtering them as necessary. There are tools for batch file renaming and copying to further simplify library management. Moreover, it is easy to quickly locate specific items via the search panel.

The software lets users scan directly to PDF, which is helpful when creating digital versions of physical documents. Similar to PdfGrabber, automatic OCR is fully supported. This functionality is designed to transform words on images to editable text. Any item can be shared with other people via email or fax by clicking the corresponding buttons at the top of the interface.

Graphics editor

An option to modify imported photos is included. You are able to perform basic image manipulations such as:

Cropping;
Resizing;
Rotation;
Annotation.
