Fast Soft Metronome is a Windows program that generates sound beats at predefined intervals. Like in Weird Metronome, there are visual cues to help users keep track of the rhythm. Please note that the free demo version of Fast Soft Metronome has limited functionality.

How to use

After starting the application it immediately begins producing the beat. You can choose the number of measures to customize the default interval between the sounds. Moreover, it is possible to change the tempo by rotating the virtual control wheel.

There are visual beat indicators in the form of flashing lights that change their state depending on the audio. Additionally, users are able to keep track of the current beat measure.

Preferences

You can adjust the default number of bars in the Settings menu. Flexible tempo and signature parameters are included. There is an option to combine several different beat profiles to accommodate complex audio tracks with changing rhythm.

A checkbox for looping the playback is provided. This is helpful for practicing the same song over and over again to master it. Users are able to import and export custom beat settings as well.
