Face Smoother is a Windows utility for modifying digital images. Brightness and contrast can be adjusted. There is support for the JPG and BMP file formats.

How it works

The interface is simple and straightforward. Users can press the Open button to choose the picture for editing.

Smoothing feature lets you mask the skin defects and other small imperfections on the face. With the help of the sharpening tool it is possible to enhance a blurry image. You can press the “Sharpen more” button in case the effect is not strong enough.

The Adjust menu contains sliders for correcting brightness, contrast and saturation of the image. The preview window lets users see the changes before applying them.

Additional options

There are resizing and rotating instruments provided with the program. It is possible to flip the picture in any direction. Resizing options include the tick box for preserving the proportions of the photo.

This utility has very limited image editing functionality. To try a more robust solution, users can download Ulead Photo Express.

When the enhancement is complete, you are able to save the results in a JPG or BMP format.

It is worth mentioning that Face Smoother is a paid software. The free trial version will stop working 14 days after installation.
