EzVoice is a flexible program for Windows that empowers you to craft audio messages and set up personalized answering machines. This helps you to manage incoming calls when you are away from your computer.

Set up an answering machine

The utility stores all received calls and messages in a convenient inbox. This means you can review and listen to them at your convenience. It is also possible to organize all entries according to your specific needs.

In addition to the inbox, the application offers an address book. Here you can maintain a list of contacts, complete with phone numbers, names, and personalized greeting messages for each entry. Moreover, you have the capability to create folders, rename them, or delete existing ones.

Record personalized greetings

To further customize the answering machine, you have the option to record your own audio greetings. These will inform callers that you are unavailable to answer the phone. Similar to Zoiper, this feature requires a microphone device connected to your computer.

The tool provides the remote retrieval feature, allowing you to access your messages from a different PC. There is also an email notification function that alerts you when a new call is received. To use it, you need to configure the settings by adding an outgoing mail server and entering your login credentials.
