Etron USB 3 0 Driver is a Windows utility for installing all system components that are required for using USB host controllers manufactured by Etron Technology. There is support for several popular motherboard vendors.

Installation

Like with Eberry USB to VGA Driver, after downloading the archive you are instructed to unpack it to any folder on the hard drive. The next step is to start the Device Manager system app and locate the required USB host controller in the list. Right-clicking the device opens a context menu with the Update Driver option. You can specify the path to previously extracted files to proceed with the installation. Finally, it is recommended to restart the system after integrating the driver to apply the changes.

About Etron host controllers

This hardware is intended for facilitating data transfers between the various USB devices and the computer. Controller chips are located directly on the motherboard. There is full compatibility with the PCI-E Gen2 interface. Every host communicates with up to two USB 3.0 ports. Supported data rate specifications include SuperSpeed, HighSpeed, FullSpeed and LowSpeed. Legacy USB 1.1 peripheral devices can be connected as well.
