Emby is a Windows software for configuring a personal multimedia server. You are able to broadcast video streams over the local network. Additionally, it is possible to sort the content in custom groups for easier navigation.

There are tools for viewing photos in either windowed or fullscreen mode. Moreover, users can listen to music. The volume and equalizer parameters are adjustable.
