eFax Messenger is a Windows app for working with electronic fax messages. It is intended for sending and receiving business information. You can include cover pages, electronic signatures and personal annotations. There is full integration with Microsoft Outlook for accessing the address book.

How it works

Users are instructed to register on the official website and choose a subscription plan. A new toll-free telephone number will be allocated to the account. After installing and opening the program it is necessary to enter the credentials for accessing main functionality.

A virtual printer driver for sending faxes directly from Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications is provided. Additionally, it is possible to configure several email addresses to receive messages from your eFax number.

Advanced capabilities

There is an option to share large files such as PowerPoint presentations, high-resolution images and video clips via the cloud storage service. Users can search through the archive and filter the results by recipient name, date and other attributes.
