Easy Grade Pro is a Windows program for teachers that allows users to edit student lists, control the homework and grade assignments. Moreover, it is possible to create and modify room seating charts.

Class management

You can add a new student to the list by entering their first and last name. Additionally, there are text fields for specifying the ID card number, gender, primary language, email address and other personal details.

There are instruments for adding new subjects to the curriculum. Users are able to create new tests, quizzes as well as homework and classwork assignments. It is worth noting that this software does not contain tools for designing learning materials. Users can download SMART Notebook for this purpose.

Options for monitoring class attendance are provided. You are able to display the overall summary or analyze specific people.

Grading

This software offers users instruments for evaluating the work of any student by entering their grades in the corresponding spreadsheet cells. The overall score is calculated automatically and displayed along the name of the person. It is possible to add footnotes to every assignment for marking students who turned in their work late or deserve extra credit.
